Once our quote has been accepted, deposit paid and a formal instruction to commence is received from the client, we will then arrange a site inspection.

An on-site inspection of the property will be arranged with the client within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the formal instruction and the 50% deposit is paid.

An inspection will last between 20 minutes to an hour. Complex properties could take longer, but pre-arrangements will be made well in advance.

Our valuation team will then commence with all the relevant market/ legal research and the valuation report/ annexures will then be compiled.

After the inspection is done, the Property Valuation Report will be compiled between 3 to 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the property.

Once the valuation report is complete we will invoice the client for final payment. When the balance of payment is received we will release the valuation report.
